Buying & plans

FiveBan has two paid tiers, Pro and Business. Both unlock the authenticated API and the FiveM resource — Business adds webhooks and a priority support queue.

How buying works

We don't run a checkout page. Buying happens in a Discord ticket so we can:

  • verify your community is real (no bots, no resale)
  • pick the duration that fits you (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months or lifetime)
  • accept whatever payment method works for you

Step by step

  1. Click Buy on the pricing page — it opens a Discord ticket with a pre-filled context.
  2. The bot asks you a few onboarding questions:
    • Which plan? (Pro / Business)
    • Server name + Discord
    • Average concurrent players
    • Billing email (for the invoice)
    • Preferred payment method
  3. A staff member confirms the price and sends payment instructions.
  4. You pay. We verify and run /plan — your roles update on Discord and an API key is generated.
  5. Open your dashboard, copy the key into config.lua (or your custom integration) and you're done.

Accepted payment methods

  • PayPal — friends & family (EU) or invoice-style (business)
  • Revolut — direct transfer or pay-link
  • Crypto — BTC, ETH, USDC (others on request)
  • Giftcards — Steam, ProtonVPN, Razer Gold (cap at 80% of plan price)

We don't use Stripe, Paddle or any auto-renewing subscription. You pay once for the period you picked; we'll remind you before expiration.

Renewing

When your plan is about to expire (T-7 days), the bot sends you a DM and posts a reminder in your existing ticket. Reply to the ticket with the duration you want — same flow as the initial purchase.

Refunds

If something is broken on our side and we can't fix it within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund pro-rata. Beyond that, all sales are final. Your unused months don't expire — if you cancel early, the plan stays active until its end date.
