Manual ticket workflow keeps fees low (no Stripe/PayPal subscription cuts) and lets us KYC small communities individually — most plans are bought once a year. It also means refunds and downgrades are simple human conversations.
+How long does it take to get my API key?
Usually under 1 hour during EU daytime. We'll DM you the key inside the same Discord ticket once payment is confirmed.
+Can I switch from Pro to Business later?
Yes. Just open a new ticket and pay the price difference (we prorate to the day).
+What happens if my plan expires?
API key keeps working for a 7-day grace period (with a banner in the dashboard). After that, the resource will fail-closed or fail-open depending on your Config.OfflineAction.
+Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Open a ticket — we'll process via the same payment method you used.
