Terms of service
Last updated: May 2026.
By using FiveBan (fiveban.xyz, the FiveM resource, the public API, the
Discord bot, or any related service), you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FiveBan is a community-powered blacklist for FiveM cheaters and a cross-server intel feed. We provide:
- A public lookup (free, rate-limited)
- A Discord bot (
/check,/ban, etc.) - An optional FiveM resource + REST API for paying server owners
- An admin/staff dashboard
2. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the data to harass, dox or threaten the listed individuals
- Resell or rebrand our API access without prior written agreement
- Attempt to scrape our endpoints faster than the published rate limits
- Use the data to enable cheating (e.g. verify whether your "fork" resource is detected)
- Submit knowingly false reports to defame players
You may:
- Use the data to ban cheaters from your FiveM / Discord server
- Build derived tools (warden-style anti-cheat plugins) that call our API — that's the whole point. Get in touch in Discord if you want a higher rate limit.
3. Plans & payments
Plans (Free, Pro, Business) are described on /pricing. Payments
happen via Discord ticket — we are not a SaaS billing platform, and
we don't store payment instruments. Refunds: pro-rated within the first
14 days of a paid plan.
4. Submissions
When you /submitcheater or otherwise submit evidence:
- You confirm you have the right to share that evidence (you recorded it yourself, or have permission).
- You grant FiveBan a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the evidence to maintain the public ban record.
- You can request your name be removed from the reporter attribution field at any time. The evidence itself stays (community-safety legitimate interest).
5. Appeals
Anyone with a confirmed status can appeal via /appeal in Discord. We
process appeals in good faith and per the policy at
/docs/appeals. We may decline appeals where evidence is unambiguous.
6. Liability
The service is provided as-is. We do our best, but:
- We are not liable for false positives. If an automated check incorrectly flags a player, your server is responsible for the kick/ban decision.
- We are not liable for downtime, although we maintain a public status
page at
/status.
7. Termination
We can terminate API access at any time for ToS violations. You can delete your account / API keys at any time via Discord ticket.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law (EU). Disputes are resolved in Prague courts. Consumer rights under your local jurisdiction are not diminished.
9. Changes
We'll post any material change to #changelog in our Discord and update
the date at the top of this page.
