Appeals

If you believe you were wrongly listed on FiveBan, you can submit an appeal. All appeals go through the Discord ticket system — there's no form on this site.

How appeals work

1. Open an appeal ticket on Discord.

2. The bot asks you these questions, in your chosen language:

   1. When were you banned? (date & approx. time)
   2. On which FiveM server / Discord were you banned?
   3. (optional) What reason did the staff give you?
   4. Why do you believe the ban was incorrect?
   5. (optional) Do you have evidence? Screenshots, video, timestamps.
   6. Do you understand that lying in this appeal = permanent ban?
   7. Will you submit to a PC check by a screenshare tool if needed?

3. A staff member reviews. If your story checks out we may ask for follow- ups (logs, a screenshare session) or remove the listing right away.

4. You'll get a verdict within 48 hours in 95% of cases.

What we accept

• Mistaken identity — somebody used your license / account.
• Stale ban — we'll remove old (12+ months) listings if you've been clean since.
• Procedural error — staff banned the wrong account, wrong reason, etc.

What we don't accept

• "It was my brother / friend / cat using my PC."
• "I bought the cheats but never used them."
• Pleas for first-time-offender mercy. We don't issue temporary bans; every confirmed ban is the result of a manual staff review.

Lying = permanent

Question 6 is not for show. If we find your appeal contains false claims (checked against our internal evidence), we mark the appeal as lying and the ban stays permanent across our entire network.
